These tasty Cinnamon Bun's contain a cinnamon flavoured filling in the centre. They can be eaten straight from the bag or heated up. 

At 100g a pouch they are lightweight and easy to store in your backpack. As these are military spec rations they are only ever printed with a best before date of 3 years, and although some may be close to this BBE date, they are designed to last over 20 years.
