Ingredients - Vegetable oils and fats 80% (Palm oil, rapeseed oil, party hydrogenated palm oil), water, salt, whey powder (contains milk), emulsifiers E322 (Soya), E471, E330, E202, flavouring, antioxidant E321, colour E160a, vitamins A & D3.
These are military spec rations and as such are only ever printed 3 years best before date from new, this batch may be near the end of this 3 years but of course these are all designed to be safely eaten for 20+ years which makes them the ideal basis of your food supplies.
